Went here because I needed a new cigar carrier and cutter. This place was good. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the cigars. I would shop here again for sure but I did find it a bit expensive but I guess you get what you pay for and its good quality products.

I had a fantastic experience at Havana Castle Cigars. I recently received a humidor and came to this location to purchase some cigars. The care that was taken by the staff was amazing. She took the time to explain the differences between the cigars and helped me pick out a selection that fits my needs. She also took the time to explain how to care for these cigars in my new humidor. I highly recommend this location!

Small place in a strip but worth the ride. knowledgable, friendly and great service. Cuban selection was alright being that there is a shortage .

Friendly, knowledgeable and a great selection! And they carry the flavoured clove cigarettes! This is a must stop for anyone that enjoys cigars, cigarettes or even if you partake in marijuana as they have a large selection of papers, filters and flavoured papers too! The staff are so sweet. I can't say enough good things!

Great, knowledgable people; so delightful to talk with. They had exactly what we were looking for - the Djarum bliss and black, herbal, tobacco free cigarettes. They also sell flavored hemp rolling papers and other rolling paper products for tobacco or marijuana.

Good selection reasonable prices. I will definitely return.

Tamila and her amzing daughter have to be the kindest most genuine people in the business :-) I am very new to the Cigar world but also very passionate to learn all about it and understand all the different brands and countrys that make these amazing orgnaic masterpieces. Its a little intimidating walking into a cigar shop when you are not really sure about anything and what you may like to buy...My first experience was entering there beautifully organized Humidor and meeting Tamila and what an amazing first time experience that was..Her personality and amazing energy and passion comes through her soul whe she starts talking and explaining about all the different cigars. Not trying to sell me on the most expensive..She went above and beyond to help me start to understand what I may enjoy based on my drink and food preferences...
She spent so much time with me it was just amazing.
Fast forward three months to today and I actually look forward to going in every week to pickup my cigars and just to chat.. Its become an absulte passion and the level of service and the amount of care this family gives to there customers is on a whole other level.

Good price quality cigarates store

We have been to many cigar shops but so far this was the best experience we have ever seen. Tamilas knowledge of cigars is outstanding and the environment is very well. Would recommend everyone.

great store but why don't they have online shopping,i would like to see the prices and different types of cigars they have in the comfort of home. other than that the store i went to was amazing service and knowledge would go back for sure.

Lovely selection of cigars and other smoking paraphernalia and apparatus'. Be sure to come to this place for anything cigar-related. I will be coming back for sure.

I had a great experience at this store with Tamila. The store was charming, beautiful, clean and inviting. Tamila is warm and charming herself. She is informative and gave me great advice. I have been smoking cigars on and off for 20 years. I have been to two other stores in the city and this is by far the most welcoming. I would highly recommend visiting Tamila for your cigar experience.

I went into this store on impulse as I was waiting in my vehicle. First time I shopped for cigars I've always wanted to but I am inexperienced. The lady in the store was super welcoming made me very comfortable right away she was also extremely helpful. The atmosphere in the store is very beautiful and comforting. Highly recommend.
